Recorded in 1976, this collection gathers eighteenth-century sea songs and shanties sung by Cliff Haslam and John Millar. Many were drawn from the weekly shanty performances staged on the deck of the frigate Rose, a replica Revolutionary-era warship, as part of the Seaport ‘76 program.
